Quick Tip: ‘Interactive’ Display of Travel Photos

Here is a quick and easy DIY way to transform your travel photos into an interactive piece of art.ย Everywhere I travel, I pick up a rock from the landscape and upon returning home, place the rock in the base of a box style picture frame. When people come over and view my photos, they are then able to pick up the rock and feel the landscape that they are looking at in the picture.

There you have it, quick, easy and sure to drum up some conversation the next time you have guests over.

Cheers to enriching travels!

    1. Very simple and especially popular with children as it sparks a curiosity in the world. Thanks for your comment! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. My dad always had us collect rocks from different places we would visit growing up, I keep doing it to this day. He always marked them with a marker to remember where they were from, but I really like your idea better. Making them part of your photos and displaying them this way is an excellent idea. Thank you for sharing it.
